Read the article “On the folly of hoping for A, while rewarding B” and summarize it

Kerr's article has become a classic in management literature when originally published. You were asked to read an updated version of that article which he wrote in 1995. It examines the problem of the misalignment of goals or objectives and the rewards that an organization puts in place.
