My workplace is very diverse. There are men and women from various ethnic backgrounds and ages who work at Special Materials Company. Employee ethnic backgrounds include Chinese, Korean, African, Hispanic, Caribbean, and Caucasian. The age group ranges from late 20s to late 70s. I do not believe there is any diversity training available at my current workplace. I have not received any formal diversity training at Special Materials Company.
