Read the following paragraph and give response:

I am doing internship at market central, which offers innovative products all around the world through the virtual platform. This company cannot work without the support of people from different cultures, as it needs to serve customers related to the diverse backgrounds and nationalities. Currently, the company has Chinese and Americans with two Asians. It lacks the diversity. As far as the gender is concerned, only two females are currently employed in the company. Till the date, no diversity training is executed for the workforce, as it is not broad enough, where the conflicts can take place. I don’t receive any training related to diversity. However, I received Groove operating training.

"Luckily, my work place is very diverse. There are various cultures, nationalities, ages and both genders. The reason I say "luckily" is because having a diverse organization is a great advantage for a company. It allows for fresh new ideas and different perspectives to be brought into the organization. The kind of training offered it solely OJT, or on-the-job training. This learning style works for me because I like to be hands on and learn by doing this instead of just hearing or seeing them. The downfall to having only OJT training is that you learn the rules of the organization by word of mouth from the person training you as opposed to actually being given the rules on paper."
