Try to focus your study on one specific topic area such as: organizational culture, trust, motivation, stress, organizational structure, communication, dealing with change, leadership, group/team dynamics, managing conflict, performance issues, diversity, personality, perception, attitudes, job satisfaction, turnover, values, job design, etc.

Provide very brief introduction to the organization, a summary of the situation, key issues, relevant data, potential solutions explored, recommendation, summary and conclusion.

Make sure to use headings to ensure organization and clarity for the reader (me!) Using online databases and library resources select and read the current literature on your topic. Then articulate your findings to summarize or review the current state of academic knowledge on your topic by explaining how this knowledge can be applied to an actual organization (place you are currently employed by - for example).
