Write a critical analysis of an example of group conflict. Include at least four concepts from the course reading that help you to understand conflict and teamwork.

The assignment should answer the following questions:

How would you characterize the conflict? What type(s) of conflict arose? What caused the conflict? Give specific examples. Was conflict managed or avoided? How do you think it should have been handled? Which problem solving model might have been helpful (Dewey’s functional analysis, GSS, Per, P-MOPS, nominal group technique, etc.)? Give specific examples to support your analysis. What contributed to the group’s success or failure in achieving the goal of the meeting?
