The Chern’s case study is a realistic job preview of the human resource recruitment and selection process, providing you with experiential learning in areas of staffing, specifically in strategic staffing. Assignments are particular to each workshop, meaning that while they will build upon prior work—for example, Workshop Two assignments will use or build upon Workshop One assignments—each workshop assignment is graded as a single unit; the case study is not graded as a cumulative assessment in this course.
