2. What are his/her primary duties?
3. What qualifications one needs to function in his/her position, including educational qualifications and certifications?
4. Are there other areas he/she can function effectively? If so where?
5. Who is the clients in general?
6. How is marketing done or how does the company market her services?
7. What is the financial standing of the company?
8. Do the company trade in stocks or bonds? Explain the terms and how do they go about it?
9. How do they measure the risk involve in this trade?
10. How do they prepare and manage their budgets to meet operational demands?
11. how do they determine their profit?
12. Ask for any advice he/she could give you as an aspiring healthcare manager.
