To judge the attractiveness of each team's starting quarterback heading into the2014 session, they asked people to rate headshots of the quarterbacks on a 1 - 10 scale and averaged the results for each quarterback. Here is a scatterplot showing the relationship between attractiveness and quarterback rating for the 31 rated quarterbacks who played during that season. The correlation for these data is r = 0.17.
