Make a reflective journal by writing it as per below descriptions:

Description - What happened?

Analysis - Why did it happen?

What were you feeling?

What theories might help explain what happened?

Are there other perspectives that challenge your views?

Outcomes or Actions - What did you learn?

What would you do differently next time?

When reflecting on your learning (such as an educational theory you have learned about within a unit) you might address the following questions: Description - What is the concept, idea or theory you are reflecting on?

Analysis - Are there aspects you found particularly interesting or challenging? Does it tie in with anything you have learned in the past? Has it changed the way you think, or affirmed something you already knew?

Outcomes or Action - What else might you need to find out? Do you have any questions? How might you incorporate or apply these ideas in the future, perhaps in your professional life?

Whether reflecting on an experience, on your own learning should include:

1. an introductory section setting the context for your journal and what you hope to achieve

2. an entry for each week below provided questions with answers using educational theory

WEEK 2- focus on the counselling skills, opening a space for counselling

WEEK 3 -evaluating different types of listening, demonstrate understanding, recognizing values of reflecting feelings and content so that a client feels authenticated and valued

WEEK 10- The need for clear goals and measurable outcomes in counselling, prioritizing client's goals, tools and tasks to facilitate change, keep case records and client's notes in a professional way, writing a report about a client, understanding and applying ethical requirements of case records.

WEEK 11- Counselling skills, including microskills and five-stage interviews, applying counselling skills in different settings private organizational embedded, referring a client professional development and supervision.
