How can you use your evidence to support your claim that the Harbor is healthier now? 

b) If you could make the Boston Harbor Islands into a more attractive destination for tourists, what would you do? You could spend up to five billion dollars more. What indicators would you measure to prove to ratepayers that your actions were warranted?
