At the next meeting Michelle, Kim, and Parminder had done considerable work and were ready to start making decisions on a location and what the best marketing strategy might be$.$ They were very confident that they could pull off another successful project. Everybody seemed to be in a positive mood. Rita and Kurt were even civil to each other. Nobody disagreed with anybody's ideas. There were many "Great idea!" "Wow, you thought of that?" and related encouraging words. There seemed to be a lot of positive energy in the room and everybody agreed to meet again three days later to give a progress report on how they were doing. The next three meetings went the same way. No one seemed to think that anyone's ideas were crazy. Regardless of what anybody suggested, it seemed to be a great idea for the entire team.
