Let N be a $\backslash$lambda $-$NFA with a state r and a transition $($r$,$ a$,$ r$).$ Let M be the ordinary NFA made from N by our construction. Assume that every state of N either has a $\backslash$lambda $-$path to r or a $\backslash$lambda $-$path from r$,$ or both. Then for any two states p and q$,$ the transition $($p$,$ a$,$ q$)$ will be in M$.$
