Below is a complaint retrieved from Facebook. Develop a response in social media to address this complaint to recover from this negative publicity. Nothing but problems after placing the order: - Took 2-3 weeks longer to build and deliver from the promised date. - Claim that they flushed the system but the cooling is blocked and transparent tubes clearly showed sediments which kept on building up over time. - Inefficient cooling with temperature going above 90 degree celcius easily and coolant became transparent after 2 months. - Sent it back for repairs and changed the coolant only after many back and forth emails. Came back with new upgraded RAMs because the previous RAM was faulty causing the system to crash frequently. - After 6 months, the new coolant is losing colour and sediment is building up again. - Now, after 7-8 months, the coolant is translucent and computer keeps hanging and auto restarting. Requested them to come down to fix but said it was only possible to come to pick it up and would take 7-10 days minimum to repair before returning
