B. What chapter of bankruptcy did they file? Explain why you think they chose to file the Chapter of bankruptcy you named.

C. Why do you think the company struggled financially?

D. What options other than bankruptcy do you think would have been viable for the business? To answer this question, name one nonstatutory option discussed in the lecture. Then apply it to the company you chose.
