1. An agreement is signed between L & T and NTPC for a Project and therefore the employees of NTPC are engaged in L&T Establishment. There is a dispute between NTPC and its employees regarding wage issue. All the employees of NTPC are on strike and they closed the main gate of L & T where they are working.Therefore, L & T employees are unable to enter to the office which has been intimated to the ALC (State). The Assistant Labour Commissioner (State) wants to have a discussion with NTPC management and its employees to resolve the dispute.
