1. An introduction of you as a leader (whether or not you see yourself as a leader, whether or not you like being a leader, what kinds of leadership roles you have had, etc.). 

2. Summarize your personal SWOT analysis. Be sure to include a summary of the feedback received. What have you learned about yourself from completing the analysis and how can what you have learned help you become a good leader? 

3. Discuss your own leadership style (Autocratic, Democratic, Laissez-Faire, Charismatic, Servant or a combination of these). Be sure to explain why you think you have a particular leadership style. You need to do more than just say that you are a certain leadership style because that is what the online quiz said. Give actual examples that show your leadership style in action. 

4. A summary of you as a leader (what you have learned about yourself by studying leadership styles, goals you have for yourself as a leader, how you plan on reaching those goals, etc.)
