(1) Assume that TCP sender is not constrained by flow or congestion control. Please show the pseudo-code of the sender. Please include fast re-transmit mechanism in your code. (II) Please show and explain TCP connection management. Include a figure showing the three phases of connection establishment with sample sequence number values. (III) Please present a single state machine showing the 3-way handshake between client and server. (This state machine must show TCP connection establishment process from the client and server point of views.)
