Luis Guerra has been part of the IT department for 5 years and has always demonstrated a high level of commitment when carrying out his duties, being highly appreciated by his colleagues for his pleasant personality and his interest in working as a team. However, in the last two weeks changes have been observed in Luis's behavior, including that he shows up late to work, does not attend computer workshops on time, and several of his colleagues comment that the way he communicates is confrontational.

The company manager requests that you take charge of resolving the problems with the collaborator.

Scenario 1: You think it is important to talk to Mr. Guerra to find out the reasons for his change of attitude.
