1. Bart Brown owned a five acre parcel of land on Front Street. Brown subdivided the acreage into six parcels. Four parcels, lots A, B, C, and D, run along the south side of the original tract of land on Front Street, and the remaining two, E and F, run along the back of the land.

The owners of lots E and F indiscriminately cross through lots A - D in order to access their property. There's no other way to access Front Street. When lots A - D are sold, the new owners object to the use of their property as a thoroughfare, and sue to stop the traffic.
