Based on the Maslow 's hierarchy of needs , my needs fulfillment is at the self - actualization level . This means that I am chiefly concerned with becoming the best version of myself by achieving my personal goals including my entrepreneurial goals . I have a need for being self - reliant as much as possible as far as my financial life is concerned so that I do not have to settle for something of less quality due cost or to bother someone else . When I am dealing with any task , I usually want to control every aspect to the slightest detail so that I can be assured of its success . Although , everyone has their moments of distraction , I can assess my focus level as being high since I usually have the urge to finish something that I have started without deviating . I have troubles being optimistic when things are not going as planned but it something I am working on so as to boost my motivation levels in order to complete things that I have committed to . Over the next 6 months I will improve my entrepreneurial mindset by taking every simple task seriously so as to complete it as effectively as possible . Each small task will be practice for any entrepreneurial ventures I may engage in .

Over the next six months, I will have a high level of self-efficacy since it affects how I approach various goals, projects, and obstacles. You must have the confidence and mental fortitude to face any difficulty that comes your way, including beginning a business. This is due to the fact that a new product can present a plethora of obstacles. Within the team, I will maintain a high level of cognitive motivation. This will assist me in making a number of critical decisions that are critical to the product and the end objective.My tolerance for ambiguity will be kept high in order to locate the correct market and demographic for the product, as well as to be adaptable in the event of market changes. With these potential market shifts, my team and I must be prepared by continuing to work on the product until it is completely finished. I will not accept anything less than the best of the products.
