1- Butene fuel is fully burned in a SI engine operating with equivalence ratio of 0.92 . calculate the exhaust gas composition. 2- Gasoline fuel with higher heating value of 47300kJ/kg was burned with air and the Orsat analysis of the exhaust gases resulted in 12.45% of CO2,2.0% of O2 and 1.25% of C8H15 (the rest is nitrogen). Calculate: a. Equivalence ratio b. Lower heating value 3- A naturally aspirated SI engine operates with ethanol fuel with equivalence ratio of 0.80 . It can be safely assumed that the pressure at the inlet and exhaust of this engine is 1atm. Calculate: a. Air-Fuel ratio b. Exhaust gas dew point temperature for dry inlet c. Exhaust gas dew point temperature if the relative humidity of the inlet air is 60% at 32C
