3.Familiarize yourself with basic components of pay equity legislation by visiting Ontario Pay Equity commission website. Survey the human resources management professor at your educational institution on the question Do you believe that skills/competency-based pay plans are consistent with pay equity legislation? Then conduct debate, starting with summary of the reason given on both sides of the issue.
