2. Based on the information you collected from the interviews, please write a research paper on the work stress of healthcare workers. The paper needs to address the following topics:

a. Factors leading to healthcare workers work stress

b. Impact of work stress on healthcare workers life, future career choice, and psychological and mental health.

c. What role do the supervisor and the co-worker play in healthcare workers work stress?

3. The research paper should follow the APA style (double-spaced, Times New Roman, Size 12, Margins 1 inch on either side). The paper should run at least 12 pages long (reference page included and title page not included).
