For each of the above two decisions , need

• Define the decision
• Identify how each of these decisions is applied to Frito-Lay.
• Construct the "Parade of Horribles" for this decision. Tell how a well-meaning but poorly-informed employee could make a really bad decision for each area on behalf of Frito-Lay. For example, Quality is the second area. Currently, the Frito-Lay does random quality checks on its potatoes before making potato chips. One Parade of Horribles here could be to decide to suspend quality checks to try to save money (can you see the downside here?).
