1) Workers Compensation	A) Susie clocks in at 9:10 am for her housekeeping shift, 1.25 hours later than scheduled. The floor housekeeper she is partnered with for the day asks her why she was so late to get to work. Susie, trying to come up with the best excuse she could, slurred her words and stated Santa was late to drop off the Easter eggs. Susie is drunk (or high)!
2) Personnel	B) A couple asked to speak with a manager in reference to making a complaint. The elevator in the back hallway had been down and management hired an outside company to assess and fix the damage. The two men (outside vendors) had been using profanity in a very harsh and loud manner with no regard for the guests (and children) walking down the hall.
3) Accident	C) Pete calls in sick letting the shift manager know he can't cover his shift this evening because he is not feeling well. After two days of violent stomach incidents, he decides to go to the Emergency Room at the local hospital. Pete is admitted for an overnight stay due to food poisoning.
4) Internal	D) Two patrons sitting at the bar got into a scuffle over a young lady passing through the establishment, headed to the restroom. The two men proceeded to fistfight, falling into tables, knocking over glasses and bottles and eventually knocked down and trampled on an elder guest. The police were called and the two men were arrested.
5) Criminal	E) A guest approached the front desk agent claiming that his laptop and headphones are missing out of his room and swayers they were there before housekeeping had come for the daily cleaning.
