1. Do some quick research about New York Courts. What is unique about how the courts are titled as compared to most other state courts in the country?

I feel like the answer has more to do with structure and not just the naming of probate courts as surrogate courts in NY because this question is in reference to the case of Basso v. Miller,40 N.Y.2d 233 (1976).
