1) Do you believe that Diversity is a facade for most of these organizations and a marketing ploy? There are positions with the title of "Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer" but does it really mean anything? Are the corporations really attempting to resolve the issues at hand? 2) Since the Summer of 2020, CEO's of corporations declared they would "pledge" funds to social justice commitments to combat systemic racism and inequality. How can WE as a community hold them accountable to do what they said they would do in the heat of the moment
