Scenario: Last night Cassie woke up early in the night to find her boyfriend, Paul, in the kitchen eating an apple. When she approached him his eyes were open and he was staring at her, but he was unresponsive. She had a difficult time waking him up and after she finally did he was groggy and disoriented.
