1) Family of origin; 2) Family of procreation, and 3) Chosen family. The textbook only identifies the first two as types of families. However, the textbook also provides logical reasoning for why our class can consider chosen family to be a type of family. Identify what element(s) the textbook states make up a family that allows the chosen family to qualify as a type of family, and then express whether you agree or disagree and why.
