1.- Federal and state governments sometimes pass laws preventing certain kinds of contracts from being enforced. What sorts of limitations on contracts (either because of subject matter or structure of those contracts) would you wish to make unenforceable?

2.- Should there be limitations on who is capable of entering into a contract? Who do you think should and should not have the right to enter into a binding agreement?

3.- Do you think that End User License Agreements (EULA) should be enforceable? If so, why? If not, what alternative would you propose to maintain the developer's rights in their software?

4.- Why shouldn't people be forced to perform as they contracted, instead of giving them the power to breach and then be required to pay damages? What sorts of remedies do you think are appropriate for breaches of contract? Should the remedy be different if the breach was unavoidable?

5.- Do you think that corporations should have rights similar to those of natural persons? Should a corporation have any of these rights? Which rights, if any, do you think appropriate for a corporation to have? What responsibilities do you think should accompany those rights?
