1. For this week's Discussion Board, I'd like you to consider the information you read about requirements management tools. As we've been studying in all of your courses, you should know by now that adopting any kind of change can be difficult for some people.

Imagine that you are a Business Analyst looking to adopt a requirements management tool in your organization. The projects you've been working on lately have generated a lot of requirements, and you're outgrowing the Microsoft Office programs you've been using. You want to promote more collaboration among stakeholders with this tool. You're encountering some resistance to the tool that you've proposed. Do some brainstorming/research and come up with an example that you can share with the team where the lack of a tool caused a negative impact. In your original post, write about the example you came up with and share your ideas for how a tool could have changed the outcome of your example.
