1. From a supply chain perspective, have we become too much of a 'got to have it now' society? How important really is a one day, or in some cities, same-day or same hour, delivery? Will you pay more to have your purchases delivered in 1-2 days instead of 3-5 days? (Amazon Prime member at $119/year? Or the student rate of $59/yr?)Has Covid-19 changed your behavior? Do we use Door dash, Uber Eats, Postmates, Instacart? Is faster delivery a differentiator that companies should pursue, even if the internal costs are prohibitive?

2. Explain product you will purchase pretty much regardless of the price. Why is price really not a factor? Conversely, if you are a bargain shopper, how far will you go out of your way for a lower price? Drive across town for a better deal? Wait a month for a sale?

Is it worth it to you to drive to an outlet mall to get a better price?
