1. I understand what someone gets with federal citizenship (the things addressed in the Slaughterhouse case that was originally in the 14th privileges and immunities clause), but what do you get with state citizenship? Is it just protection under state's police power?

2. Also, the Slaughterhouse case determined that the 14th amendment at that time's "privileges and immunities" was for federal and not state citizenship. Today is it for both or still federal?
