(1) Implement a 2-to-4 line decoder using AND and NOT gates from the digital kit;

(2) Use the LED to display the four line outputs, so that if any line is logic HIGH, the LED will be turned on;

(3) Use 5-pole dip switch for the input, so that the switch can control HIGH/LOW states for the two inputs of the decoder;
