List the tables and their attributes created in 3NF and the primary and foreign keys.

3. Describe the relationship between the each of the entities as One-to-Many or Many-to-Many.

4. Ask your classmates to check your normalization and correct any errors, or add attributes to your entities and other relationships that could be possible.
