1. In my work place they style of leadership is a servant leadership style. My boss puts the needs of us employees first to make sure we are learning and doing everything to the best of our abilities. He likes to make sure we develop well and make sure that we are his top priority. In the banking industry, this style of leadership is appreciated because when we have questions are boss is there to help or teach us. 2. I think the positive outcomes of this approach include having someone always available to teach and guide you. I also think the environment as a whole and having a very open leadership allows everyone to thrive in the work environment. The negative effects I see in this I would say is maybe one taking advantage of the leader always being available and not trying to solve problems on your own. Another negative outcome I think is that sometimes the environment could be too relaxed therefore employees could not get their work done on a timely manner. 3.
