3. Technology or Application: select a technology (or technologies) or an application that is recently implemented in the organization (new technology, ERP system, enterprise application, business solution, software package, etc.) and provide description on it.

4. Benefits and challenges: describe how the organization benefited from the new technology or application. Also, provide set of challenges in the implementation of this technology or application.

5. Recommendations: based on the topics discussed in class and your analysis, provide set of recommendations to the situation described in 3 & 4 above.
