2.) You're the IT administrator for CSM Tech Publishing. You've just had a meeting with the general manager about some data storage problems the company has been having. You've been asked to find solutions for the following problems:

• You have a database application that has been exhibiting poor performance caused by latency from the drives it uses for storage. The storage system uses Storage Spaces and consists of four 1 TB HDDs. You have been asked to see what you can do to improve the performance of the storage used by the database application. You have a limited budget for the projectcertainly not enough for a new server but probably enough for some new components.
• You have a file server that is used to store user documents. Many of the documents stored by users are related to projects that several users collaborate on and on which many users keep their own copies of the files. In addition, you use Shadow Copies for shared folders so users can easily revert files to previous editions. You also know that many users keep copies of training videos and other multimedia files. You want to reduce the amount of storage being used on your file server without making users change the way they work and store files.
