2. Find an example in sports or entertainment where a player/coach/performer/manager is 'called out' in public (tv, other video, articles, etc.) over what is perceived as his or her poor performance (there is no shortage of examples).

b) Do you feel the public berating was effective or not (explain why it helped to change the person's performance for the better, worse, or not at all)?

c) Use the section of the book chapter entitled "Giving and receiving criticism": what would you suggest to a person in how to best respond or receive such criticism?
