1. MHA deals with number of patients. Each patient has a unique ID. The patient data maintained in the system includes gender, birthdate, social security number, address, city, state and homephone. Each patient may call the consortium for laboratory procedures and tests. When a patient calls for one or more such test, the patient is booked into the system through a process known as patient booking. Each patient can have multiple bookings. Each booking has a scheduled start date, scheduled time, duration, actual starttime, and also age, height and weight of patients. A patient in the system need not have a booking but all bookings are associated with exactly one patient. All bookings are associated with a bookingid.
