Each day, she comes in and sits at her desk, immediately logs into her computer to check email, goes through her phone voicemail messages, and begins preparing for the start of her day while she eats her daily breakfast sandwich. At the end of the week, she submits a time sheet with 41 hours and 15 minutes of work time (8 hours and 15 minutes each day for 5 days). She comments that she loves her new schedule of coming in a little early to get her day started, and plans to keep doing it. You do not have any budget for overtime pay for your team.
