1. Pickled Vegetables sold in Canadian stores contain the following ingredients; vinegar, spices, cauliflower, carrots, onion, banana peppers, and water. All ingredients except the banana peppers are produced in CUSMA regions. The peppers are from Greece.

Here is what the CUSMA Rules of Origin state, "Good Produced in the territory of one or more of the Parties exclusivley from goods referred to in sub paragraphs a - i, or from their derivitives, at any stage of production."

Based on the blurb above, would these pickled vegetables be considered CUSMA originating? Why or why not?
