1. Prepare a concept paper that includes the following: I. The topic of research- should be a current issue of concern to contemporary strategic manager. Refer to Guideline for examples. The topic should have both independent and dependent variables, ii. background of study- where variables are defined, iii. Statement of Problem- showing with statistics what, how and who says it is a problem, iv. Objectives of study- both general and specific, v. Theoretical Framework- Relevant theories supporting your objectives, v. Conceptual Framework.
