1. Prepare and submit a Statement of Work (SOW) for that project, including a brief description of the work to be performed, expected project outcomes, and any concerns you feel you might encounter along the way.
2. Choose one of the following potential areas of conflict and identify which of the types of conflict applies to this situation. Choose the best method for resolving that conflict, found on pages and explain why you chose that method:
   • Family members have decided on a number of people to invite but have discovered they are already over the limit. Conflict is arising over who to remove from the list.
   • The company that you ordered the cake from went out of business without any notice the week before. You have already paid them a 50% deposit, and their telephone number is disconnected!
   • A member of the team that you counted on to do many of the tasks, unfortunately, did not complete the tasks as expected, and this has caused delays and double work.
