As a team, we want to make sure there are enough resources to complete the project and that the product always meets or exceeds all performance expectations.
2. Strategic Alignment
The primary goal of this assignment is to expose students to the real-world application of project management techniques. Having the chance to work on a real-world project like this is an invaluable learning experience for the students. Students will be able to apply the concepts they learn to their future activities with the help of the project sponsor's expertise and direction. Students can make links between the PMBOK 6th edition and the tactics used in the sponsor's project by analyzing the project. Students who participate in all stages of this project, from planning to closing, will be better prepared to take on more difficult initiatives in their future companies.

The final deliverable will be concluded as the completion of the capstone project and be a part of the capstone exhibition. Learning everything there is to know about the project and the market as it stands right now. Acquiring familiarity with the thinking and methods used by our project's sponsor to complete the project. Documentation for the project will include components like final audit reports, status reports, and an audit plan.
