1. Propose a rationale for the upcoming fiscal year by filling in the blank cells. the professional fees for the current year are 2,960,500, other revenue and patients self pay is 32,000, patient refunds is 28,000, refund insurance companies is 10,000, and total income is 3,030,500. The six (6) doctors have been practicing there 13 years and just last year PPC added its first midlevel provider (Physician Assistant). The six (6) physicians on average see 15 patients per day, despite the national average according to the 2018 American Association for Physician Leadership report stating the average primary care physician sees 20 patients per day. The new physician assistant (PA) at the end of their first year averaged 15 patients per day. Without too much effort, PPC always met or exceeded its' budget, but this past year was the first time the practice failed to meet its target experiencing a budget deficit for the first time in the amount of -$305,941. The practice does not have sufficient funds to operate if it doesn't meet its budget for this. The new upcoming net income is 733,952
