Results of cognitive therapy depend heavily on the patient as well as the therapist (Most Effective Therapy, n.d.). People who are participating in this therapy must have the motivation to work on bettering themselves, and the therapist must be well-equipped to manage whatever disorder(s) said patient suffers from.
