4. Explain how, in your opinion, each of the following terms or phrases relates to the workplace relations. Use examples to support your explanation: a) people are different; b) work with the whole man, not the tired hand; c) empathy; d) knowing yourself helps you understand others.

5. Write 5-10 formal guidelines for establishing and maintaining good human relations between a supervisor and their subordinates in your workplace, or a workplace you know. Be sure that your message is very clear so that every supervisor will understand each guideline.

6. Report on what you expect to achieve by developing good human relations in a group, and what you do to achieve them.
