You can draw the PERT chart using any basic drawing tool, including MS Word. You'll use a dice rolling site (http://www.roll-dice-online.com/) in order to select the exact parameters of your project problem and fill in the table below.

To fill in the table, use the dice rolling table as follows: For each of the tasks, roll 12 three-sided dice and take the sum as the duration for that task. Once you have fill in the above table, do the following a. Draw the PERT chart for the tasks, using the durations you have created and the dependencies provided in the table above. Identify the critical path. b. Using the date of Monday of the current week, identify the start and end dates for each of the tasks using the duration information and assuming the task 1 begins on the date of Monday of the current week. Put this information in an Excel spreadsheet using the format in the video. c. Using the procedure in the video, develop a Gannt chart for your project. 3. Do research to identify a large IT project that failed and provide the following requested below. Cite the references that you use for your answer

If possible to find this information or estimates of this information, what was the manpower commitment to the project and the project cost? d. What reasons are given for the project's failure and how would you categorize them? (For example, technological (project too ambitious for existing technology), process (referring
