For the system administrators who manage the site, it should be able:

- to manage eCommerce applications using Web browsers. - to delete users. - to change the status of goods purchased by users after items have been shipped. - to view all user transactions - to view all transactions for the day. Assume no additional hardware or software need to be purchased for this project. a. The first step in project scope management is collecting requirement. Outline what are involved in collecting requirement for this project by suggesting TWO (2) appropriate approaches for collecting requirements for this project. Justify your answer. b.
